The position

Job description

Helps the producer in his mission to coordinate projects, ensuring seamless and qualitative execution from concept to delivery of the project

Project coordination:

  • Collaborate with project teams to align projects with client needs, assembling the right teams, and overseeing production to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality

  • Learn about the project lifecycle and contribute to discussions with analytical perspectives on operational improvements

Knowledge management:

  • Help the producer to gather and organize all the information that is relevant for the production (mainly process & product) on Notion

  • Creates catalogues and databases of content product that are easy to use and comprehend by other team members

Product improvement:

  • Explores with the team new storytelling techniques, leads in advanced storytelling methods, and innovates for content impact

Preferred experience

  • Passionate about content creation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency on digital tools like Notion

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a creative work environment

  • Professional spoken and written English Level

Recruitment process

The recruitment process is structured in three successive rounds:

  • Round 1: first step, the hiring team will review the candidates’ resume to assess their skills and experience.

  • Round 2: a 30-minute conversation with the producer and COO to review your resume and motivations. The meeting will also give the candidate an opportunity to ask questions about Cartoonbase and to learn more about the role and the team.

  • Round 3: cultural check-in: a 30 to 60-minute conversation with two of your future peers (creatives, managers, or a project manager) to make sure there is a cultural fit. Cartoonbase values professionalism, goodwill, and humor. The hiring team will assess if the candidate’s personality and values align with the company culture and if they will be a good fit with the existing team.
