This position is part of Cardif EMEA Value Proposition Team and integral part of the EMEA Zone team. It plays a key role in making Cardif insurance more accessible, and shaping the experience of our Customers and Partners.

The EMEA Region groups 20 out of the 33 Countries where Cardif have global presence. It counts ca. 1900 FTEs and accounts for 1.5 B EUR in GWP.

This role covers following activities

• The main responsibility is to support Countries in EMEA designing and adopting the Value Proposition.
• Being the gatekeeper of EMEA Value Proposition Language and Map. This is our repository of services and products we are developing or enhancing.
• Working closely with the C-Level of Cardif’s entities in the Countries to maintain a very accurate overview of the services and products they are developing.
• Support Countries in building and maintaining their industrial plans, in reference to our Value Proposition map.
• Enrich the Value Proposition with new assets, whenever we can anticipate the market trends and demands of our partners.
• Establish, measure and maintain specific KPIs and OKRs for the Value Proposition and its adoption / maturity within the Countries in scope.
• Maintain and evolve a reporting dashboard concerning the adoption and maturity of the Value Proposition within the Countries in scope.
• Collaborate with other members of the Regional Executive Team, to ensure alignment across disciplines and perimeters. (Processes, IT, Data, Product, etc…).
• Work with third parties to support the execution of the Value Proposition communication strategy.

Your profile

• 10+ years’ total experience, with 5 or more in the Insurance, Bancassurance, Fintech or Insuretech industries.
• Being hands-on and solution-oriented in problem solving is a must.
• Capable of deep-diving into the specifics of a subject, while retaining a birds-eye view.
• A good communicator, with strong negotiation skills.
• Proven track record within cross-disciplinary transformation programmes, or comparable experience.
• Able to influence without authority.
• Able to challenge the status-quo with valid arguments, and pursue a transformative agenda.
• Risk-aware and able to anticipate pitfalls.
• Good corporate finance understanding.
• Proficient in English (level min. C1), any other European language is an advantage. French is desirable.
