Continental Europe Zone is a regional organization in charge of BNP Paribas Cardif activities in Poland, Germany, Central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria) and Iberia (Spain and Portugal).

Your mission will be provide security expertise and knowledge for all activities and projects. Ensure compliance and implementation of security requirements inline with Cardif requirements and results of security expertize. Become a trusted partner for all stakeholders and for CE countries in line with service offer and participate to the rationalization of security activities in CE zone.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities for Cyber security area are the following:

  • Ensuring security in projects, development and management of applications provided and operated by Cardif Services
  • Contribution to the design of a service offer across CE region to provide cyber security services

Main responsibilities for Global security area

  • Ensuring internal security of Cardif Services in the following areas: Cyber security / Information system security, BCP and ICP security and People and property security

Main activities

Manage team leader responsibilities, mainly for:

  • Coordination and planning of the activities for all team
  • Define security strategy and make decision on different security tools and topis
  • Act as advisor for all team

Global security management as part of Cardif Services internal security assurance:

  • Definition of security organization, security rules and processes
  • Preparation of security materials and documentation (e.g. policies and procedures)
  • Reporting of security situation to management functions on different levels of organization (reporting to local management; main contact with Head Office for security topics)
  • Development, organization and providing security awareness to all relevant parties
  • Identification of security needs for day2day activities
  • Performing reviews and vulnerability management to verify effectiveness of implemented controls
  • Management of security risks and incidents

Required skills

  • At least 5 years of IT Security experience
  • English language required (B2+)
  • Leading small team is advantage
  • Be professional in your area of expertise and in your managerial role
  • Lead by example in all aspects of your professional and managerial duties
  • Demonstrate an active and positive approach
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Cooperate effectively with other colleagues/departments and offer support when needed
