This is an intern or apprenticeship position, based in Paris, France or remote.

If you don’t know the world of automation, think about everything you did on the web in the last 24 hours. It’s highliy likely a bot could have done that :) That’s exactly the type of thing we help our users do: to gain time, enabling them to focus on their real job.

  • you are English native or bilingual (French is only a plus)
  • you have experience with SaaS automations products
  • you’re KPI oriented, organized and rigorous
  • you like to open meaningful conversations and help non-technical operators get things done
  • you’re hungry to learn how automations can help operations teams in sales and marketing

Preferred experience

  • keen about SaaS and know how to use products (Zapier, Integromat, Phantombuster…)
  • a challenge lover: the market & the product move fast, be ready
  • curious: finding new ways to help customers is in your DNA
  • not afraid to get involved in complex workflows setup brinding engineering and sales altogether

What you’ll be working on… 🔥

  • Assisting leads and customers with any questions they’d have on the platform
  • Setting up workflows for sales and marketing operations
  • Working closely with the sales team to assist them during the entire sales cycle, from Trial to Onboarding
  • Qualifying opportunities that arise during support or technical reviews

What is expected of you… 💪

  • Up your skills on the product
  • Be able to follow-up with technical reviews and setup for our customers
  • Be able to do a demo

You’ll have the opportunity to see and have an impact on how our users:

  • leverage tech to grow their business
  • eliminate manual work to let their team focus on what they’re best at
  • use advanced systems to have the results of 30 people with 1/10th of the effort
