We are recruiting for a Business Development Representative, focused on the South European market. It means France, Italy, Spain and Turkey 🇫🇷🇮🇹🇪🇸🇹🇷
BuyCo is in a phase of rapid growth, and we want to expand even more in those countries.
We are looking to strengthen the Marketing team, in order to bring more qualified leads to Antoine, our VP Sales.
You will join a team composed of 2 people :
Antoine, VP Sales,
Olivia, Customer Success Manager.
And you will be in touch with the all BDR team (Ana Carolina, Kentaro and Eshan).
You will report directly to Sylvain, Chief Marketing Officer, and work hand in hand with your VP Sales (Antoine) + Benoit, Head of Sales.
As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting. 👀
To do this you will leverage BuyCo’s existing leads and generate new interest.
Our Business Development Representatives research and prospect businesses with the goal of generating qualified opportunities for our Sales’ team.
Core tasks :
Develop and implement an account based strategy and plan to prioritize and select our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). ♟
Outbound activities : cold calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, video messages. 🧑💻
Schedule online product demonstrations for your assigned Account Executive 🤝
We imagine (ideally) a journey like this one :
- 3 months after your arrival : understanding of your new environment and articulate BuyCo value proposition.
- 6 months after your arrival : you gained autonomy and you reached 30 engaged accounts.
- 1 year after your arrival : you are fully autonomous and your metrics are on fleek. You show ability to lead a team or to move to an Account Executive position.
You like adrenalin of being a BDR and you have experience in SaaS ecosystem OR selling BtoB products. Knowledge of the shipping industry would be the cherry on the cake.
Your are fluent in French AND English, an other language (Italian, Spanish or Turkish) would be Wow 😍
You like mapping and understanding personas, navigate into a complex organization, and identify the right persons.
You know and like to work with those tools : Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Zoominfo.
You have strong communication skills, and you feel able to articulate BuyCo’s value proposition.
Compensation : 45,5k to 52k euros OTE per year.
Location : our office in Paris8 or our HQ in Marseille or one coworking in Nice.
Remote policy : hybrid, with at least 2 days at the office per week.
