What your future position looks like:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist TECH at bsport, you play a crucial role in the continuous success and growth of our business. Your primary responsibility is to contribute to the successful recruitment of highly skilled IT professionals by activating all acquisition channels and promoting bsport’s company culture.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Building a robust talent pipeline and maintaining connections for future opportunities within our Tech, Product, QA, and Data teams.
Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting phone and video interviews, following up, and closing by extending job offers.
Creating a long-term School Relationship program and collaborating with school administration to coordinate career development, fairs, and other relevant partnerships.
Identifying opportunities for optimizing the hiring process to attract top talents.
Participating in the development of new acquisition channels based on benchmarking.
Building and maintaining dashboards that provide recruitment data and trends.
Generating reports on key recruiting metrics and KPIs.
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Are fluent in English (French is a plus)
Have proven work experience in a similar position (1 year minimum)
Have technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Have a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search have no secret for you!)
Hold a degree in HR, Communication, IT, or Business
Are able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results 💪
Can work individually but have a strong team spirit
