📝 About the role:

As the Engineering Manager of our Member Experience team, you’ll drive and manage a Software Engineering unit dedicated to provide web and mobile interfaces to enhance the interactions between our clients and their members. Your team’s focus areas will include:

  • Developing a white-label (currently 1000+ apps deployed on the AppStore and PlayStore), customizable app enabling seamless member engagement across bsport services

  • Ensuring a seamless user experience for studio members on mobile, web, and in-studio interfaces

  • Maintaining and enhancing our web solutions, from branded web applications to embedded widgets on client websites

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of software engineers with diverse skills in mobile, web, and backend development

  • Architect robust interfaces to deliver a full suite of offerings (payments, bookings, retail, and more)

  • Collaborate closely with key bsport business units to implement new products and provide valuable feedback

Recruitment process

  • Call with our Talent Team - max 30 min

  • Live coding exercice, no algorithm but mostly modeling and data manipulation (preferably in TS but open to your language of choice!) - 1h30 interview

  • Technical discussion : deep dive on your previous experiences and projects - 1h interview

  • System design : designing a large feature by taking into account the stack as a whole - 1h interview

  • Discussion with the CEO : short 30 min interview
