→ Your mission

Based in our Paris office, your role will consist in supporting Brigad’s growth on a European scale by hiring the best talents for the company.

Working with Alexis, HR Manager and Diane (Talent acquisition specialist) you will join the People team. With an initial focus on the Operations teams (Key Accounts, Sales, Customer Success), you will also have full ownership of the recruitment expertise in the company.

You will be in charge of the Talent Acquisition cycle from A to Z, from the kick-off with the Hiring Managers to sending job offers.

→ Responsibilities

  • Help the Hiring Managers build their teams by finding the right people, with the right skills & mindset, at the right time.
  • Conduct sourcing campaigns, screening calls and in-house interviews; structure the process by creating relevant scorecards and business cases to help with the final decision-making.
  • Advise on the best hiring strategies and practices. Define priorities, collaborate with all stakeholders and manage their (high!) expectations
  • Bring in Talents from France and abroad, we are an international team with international ambitions!
  • Work closely with all our teams and be at the heart of the next step in our journey

Success in this role requires an in-depth understanding of our mission and the ability to convince potential candidates within a couple of minutes!

If you have..

  • Successful experience in recruitment, preferably in-house. If you are on the agency side, be ready to spice things up :)
  • You must be able to conduct the entire hiring process either in English or in French (Bilingual level)
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A natural curiosity for all things new and a “get things done” mentality
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines at the same time…
