As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will help Brigad optimizing its Sales Machine by providing sales  insights & processes & tools. 

The Revenue Operations team structures prospects & customers’ entire lifecycle stage, in order to maximize revenue (new contracts, upsell, cross-sell, retention, etc.). That’s why this team works closely with Growth, Finance and Data teams. 

As an intern, you will support your managers on various operational and analytical projects and tasks.

Analytics: One of your main project will be to analyze and monitor bottlenecks and delays in current Sales Funnels (New contract and Churner reactivation). Then, suggest optimization

Report & Sales Perf. Monitoring: Contribute to the preparation of dashboards about sales intensity and performance.

CRM & Tool maintenance: Assist in the management of our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy and completeness. It also means work on debugging tickets. 

Sales Enablement: update and send our bi-monthly internal Newsletter providing key insights about revenue initiatives to the entire company

Projects support: you may be in support of other RevOps managers on punctual projects

Who You Are

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business or Finance in a Business / Engineering school
  • You did at least a 6-month internship in a Tech company or in Consulting
  • You are proficient in Excel/Gsheet & Powerpoint/Slides
  • You have a Techy-mindset: your are keen on using tools such as CRM, automations tools (Make, Zapier) or Aircall-like tools
  • You are an “analytical-Doer”: you love analyzing processes or performance to propose solutions. However, you also want to implement those optimizations yourself
  • You have the ability to manage several tasks with tight deadlines.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can work effectively in a team environment.
  • You can speak French and have a good English level
  • Curious, you are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
