We are looking for a brillant HR Intern to join our Passionate People Operations team. Based in our Paris office (Sentier), you will have a broad scope within this role, not only helping us to carry coffee and photocopy payslips, but also helping us in diverse missions such as :

• Drive with the Head of People specific HR process (performance, compensation, culture, learning & development, feedback, employee relationships)
• Take part in ad hoc HR projects
• Support our great Office Experience Team for wellbeing & events
• Learn about HR functions within a fast growth environment
• Support Talent Acquisition in developing strategies to find and attract talents & in developing and managing our employer brand (in all our countries)
• Work closely with your awesome colleagues and managers to give support and to make sure we are successful overall

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages (written and spoken). If you speak another language it is much appreciated
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Business School or a similar academic background
• Self-starter and business-savvy, but also a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, “can-do” attitude in a fast-moving environment
• A strong sense of curiosity, willingness to learn new things and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone.
