Delivery is done by squads that include a Product Manager (PM), frontend, API and backend developers, and a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA). Each squad is an independent entity in charge of realizing:

• Projects driven by the PM and the product team, designed and delivered by the squad, to accomplish the vision and ambition of our product roadmap,
• Tech projects (security projects, technical improvements, introducing or deprecating technologies or technical approaches, tooling for other engineering teams).
  Today at Botify, 4 squads are up to speed, and 2 Technical Program Managers support the squads to coordinate and help ensure the successful delivery of the projects.

You’ve been in pure technical roles before and can quickly understand in detail a technical hurdle or a back-of-the-envelope sizing.
You have full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, and French, and you appreciate to work in English.
You have good written and spoken communication skills (you’ll be in touch with product, development and devops teams) and are able to influence without authority.
You have a problem-solving mindset.
You’ve worked in Agile methodology (scrum mostly) in the past.
You have a taste for analytics platforms and huge datasets.
Bonus skills:
