To support our ambition to unleash our clients’ potential, we rely on our great team of Botifyers located in New York, London, Paris, Singapore and more. We’re now looking for our HR project manager who will lead global HR initiatives (single HRIS, career path, learning strategy, Compensation & Benefits policy, etc), support and empower our HR team to create a sustainable and fulfilling work environment for all Botifyers.

You will have project management expertise, be able to define, plan and deliver while ensuring minimum disruption to business processes. Overall, strong appetite for HR projects and for planning, formalizing and delivering precise information, with the right level of flexibility and collaboration is key.

You will be results-oriented, thorough, and able to execute projects within agreed-upon deadlines – and most importantly you will be curious to discover our culture and join our journey!

 

This job is located in our Paris office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

·       Develop and improve worldwide HR processes and systems towards state-of-the art and agile practices, ensuring clear expectations, quality strategy development and buy-in from all parts of the company

·       Lead and deliver cross-region HR projects (performance management, feedback culture, career pathing, talent development, …) to guarantee operational excellence and support our HR transformation to continue successfully scaling-up

·       Facilitate the HR community exchanges and pro-actively support Change Management as needed

·       Based on metrics and analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the HR and people strategies and manage new initiatives implementation in line with Group strategy.

·       Co-build action plans with the HR community and facilitates their roll out.

·       Reports in “project mode”on all HR roadmap actions on a regular basis, with all the specialists, ensuring risks for the project are known in advance, mitigated or managed.

·       Determine metrics of success and monitor progress of solutions deployed

·       Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to create and deploy impactful initiatives.

Requirements:

·       As this is a new role, we are looking for a self-starting professional who is able to bring structure to empower the imagination of the team.

·       Expertise in delivering projects and processes autonomously with a hands-on approach, understanding operational needs and constraints

·       Ability to drive execution of objectives despite setbacks; to work in a flexible and agile way and be comfortable with ambiguity

·       Outstanding sense of organization: you are eager to keep track of deadlines, resources and costs, and enjoy following on the advancement of processes. Ability to deliver impactful communication

Collaborative & Multicultural profile: ability to actively involve colleagues in projects, in a multicultural environment. International experience, flexibility, team player and prior experience working in an international matrix organization.

·       While we do not specify a number of years of experience, it is important to understand that this is not an entry level role. We are looking for an individual with proven experience in implementing projects and can bring their expertise to support the team in putting together the action plan for the coming year(s).

·       Fluent English required, French is an advantage.
