The position
Job description
- Drive and expand research initiatives focused on signal processing, AI-based mapping, and the development of new functionalities.
- Engage with top-tier clinical and academic collaborators, leveraging insights from a network of experts to guide and validate research efforts.
- Align research and data pipelines with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows and system architecture.
- Lead validation planning and execution, working closely with clinical and regulatory stakeholders to support product readiness and deployment.
- Support strategic R&D goals, including ongoing learning systems and the evolution of algorithmic capabilities.
Preferred experience
- Engineering degree or PhD in data science, artificial intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Solid expertise in applied mathematics, signal analysis, machine learning, or related technical disciplines.
- Background in time-series data modeling or biomedical signal processing is highly valued.
- Proficient in Python; additional familiarity with clinical data workflows or MLOps practices is a plus.
- Motivated by the challenge of addressing complex scientific and technical problems with tangible real-world applications.
- Brings a practical, hands-on approach to both exploratory research and implementation.
- Bonus points for experience in regulated domains, involvement in clinical studies, or a strong scientific publication record.
