ENTER THE GAME As a Training Specialist, you will join the Human Resources Department - France , working alongside a dynamic and committed team to support the development of our employees' skills and ensure high-impact learning initiatives. You will be the architect of  learning experiences that empower our teams and fuel innovation.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC You will design impactful learning journeys that keep pace with our evolving business and tech environment to support the annual skills development plan. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, challenging, and regularly updating training needs through our platform (Lucca Training), in close collaboration with managers and teams
  • Guiding and supporting managers to identify skills gaps and anticipate future training needs, aligned with business goals
  • Building and managing the annual training plan aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing relationships with training providers
  • Organizing and coordinating the delivery of training sessions, including logistics and internal communications
  • Managing training budgets and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Supervising and mentoring a Training Admin (apprentice)
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! This job is for you if:

  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • You have 6 to 7 years of successful experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a Tech environment
  • You are highly organized, autonomous, and service-oriented
  • You're at ease working with diverse stakeholders (Tech, Product, Ops, Legal…)
  • You own your tasks from start to finish and thrive on delivering results
  • You are familiar with training tools and platforms (Lucca is a plus) and have solid knowledge of French training regulations
  • You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 

  • If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-qualification interview.
  • Next, you'll be invited to complete the AssessFirst test, which evaluates your personality, motivation, and cognitive abilities.
  • Following this, Audrey and Julie - HR Development Managers - , will conduct an interview where you'll also discuss the results of your AssessFirst test.
  • You'll then meet Xavier, our CRHO, for the final interview.
  • To provide an ideal candidate experience, Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks
