ENTER THE GAME

As Head of Product – Marketing Performance, you will join the Product team, composed of experienced and data-driven professionals whose role is to create and scale the internal platforms that empower Betclic to optimize marketing investments across all markets.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for marketing performance platforms in collaboration with Marketing, Data, Finance, and Product stakeholders.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of experts dedicated to building tools, models, and interfaces that measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Champion the implementation of scalable marketing measurement methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution systems, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Translate complex analytical requirements into intuitive product features that enable marketers and executives to make data-informed decisions.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to build and maintain scalable infrastructure and ensure high-quality model deployment.
  • Promote the cross-market adoption of performance insights and tools, helping local teams to plan and act with consistent methodologies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping our growth and media investment strategies.
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

    This job is for you if:

  • You have 8+ years of experience, ideally in marketing analytics, internal data products, or growth tech environments.
  • You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • You possess a deep understanding of marketing measurement methods (e.g., MMM, attribution) and data modeling.
  • You demonstrate strong communication and influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have strong technical fluency and are comfortable working closely with data teams.
  • You are experienced in building internal products that democratize access to data and empower decision-making.
  • You are familiar with regulated, multi-market environments with varied A&P strategies.
  • You have worked in a fast-growing tech company with an agile culture.
  • You speak English fluently; French is a plus.
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

    If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

    Next, you will meet Paul - Growth Director, your future manager, followed by Thomas - Chief Experience Officer and then Julien - Chief Operation Officer (Excom member).

    Finally, Audrey will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

    The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
