Job description
Beanstock's ambition to make real estate investing accessible to anyone can only be achieved if we continue to grow rapidly and engage with every possible potential investor. We're looking for an incredibly talented Head of Growth to lead our marketing efforts and build a cross-functional Growth team.
As Beanstock's Head of Growth, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing & growth strategy to drive user base and business growth
- Own the execution of the growth plan Identify and the customer acquisition strategy
- Manage the marketing budget and optimise the media mix in order to reach CAC targets
- Test, analyze and scale acquisition campaigns on online and offline channels
- Build the CRM strategy to maximise engagement and conversion
- Develop our brand awareness and ensure an optimal media coverage
- Work closely with the Product, Investors and Sales teams to make sure users are having an incredible investing experience
- Build the Growth team
Preferred experience:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, consulting or finance
- Strong analytical mindset - you're data-driven and are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Hands-on and problem solver - no task is too big or too small
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ease in learning fast - you thrive in complex environments and adapt yourself fast to changing situations
- A basic understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
