Edouard leads all Beamy’s business activities, from Sales and Marketing to Customer Success and Alliances.

A true global citizen, he is passionate about international issues, whether developing business, tackling global challenges or simply travelling the world.

Before Beamy, he successfully managed the international expansion of two different technology startups (RFID & Computer Vision) in EMEA and America. And before that, he started his career working for Decathlon Logistics during 3 years in Asia after graduating from an entrepreneurship programme, ‘Iteem’ combining a Master of Engineering at Centrale Lille and a Master of Science in International Business at Skema Business School & North Carolina State University.

Elsa joined Beamy as an intern to help the Ops team as a PMO (Project Management Officer), during the last part of her master's degree. She was able to take on more and more responsibilities throughout her internship and officially joined Beamy in August 2021 as a Customer Success Manager. Today, she manages various projects and delivers Beamy's highest added value possible to her clients.

Anne has an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale (Marseille) and started her career as a consultant in a large consulting firm specialising in IT organisations.

She then joined the world of B2B SaaS start-ups. As a project manager at Reachfive, an identity management software, she helped the company grow by increasing customer operations (project management, platform delivery, customer documentation, support set-up).

She joined Beamy in 2021 as Director of Customer Success to drive product adoption and help customers leverage Beamy's platform.

After a first recruitment experience in the banking sector for 2 years, hiring more than 150 junior positions per year, Romane joined Beamy in its early stage to achieve one main goal: building the most talented team đŸ’« . From 3 to 30 Beamers, her role is to help Beamy grow and empower people in the company. It includes different areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Administration, Legal and Payroll matters.

Romane is a very social person, she is passionate about meeting and learning from people.

Thomas has a background in software and data development. He started as a Software Data Engineer in a consulting company. After several projects involving Software, Data and Machine Learning, he joined Beamy in March 2021 as a Machine Learning engineer. Since then, he has been involved in the creation of data pipelines, as well as the construction and setup of machine learning models into production. His goal is to continuously improve Beamy's algorithms to gain insight into the SaaS environment.

SaaS apps are now everywhere to make our working life easier. Who hasn’t used Notion, Airtable, Atlassian, Adobe or Zoom at least once? Easily accessible, innovative and less expensive, this massive and widespread use is part of an underlying trend that is accelerating continuously. It offers employees new ways of working. This is what we call Business Led-IT.

Beamy centralises SaaS knowledge on a single platform to master usage, optimise contracts and mitigate associated risks. Beamy helps to build an effective SaaS governance between all key stakeholders (Business Units, CIOs, CISOs, DPOs etc.) by using powerful automated workflows.

In this way, Beamy re-establishes communication between the business teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) and the IT department. The entire company can then orchestrate their digitalisation through a single platform in a secured, compliant and transparent way.
