As a backend developer, you will be maintaining and adding to the BatvoiceAI backend, expanding and documenting internal and customer-facing REST APIs, integrating machine learning models into the application, and developing new features with front-end developers.

Your work will be continuously tested, integrated and deployed on a Kubernetes cluster.

Required skills:

• Academic background: B Sc. computer science or software engineering, or equivalent in a technical / scientific domain.
• 3+ years of experience developing Python applications
• Experience with web frameworks, preferably Python (Flask, Django)
• PostgreSQL
• HTML, CSS
• Unit- and integration testing
• Professional fluency in English

Optional skills:

• Basic JS, additional experience/expertise a plus
• SQL DB engine understanding / SQL optimization
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch
