Baracoda is growing fast and is looking for a full time Community & PR Manager :
The Community & PR Manager will need to be able to work across several projects at once, whilst producing high quality work in a timely manner. You will contribute to promote Baracoda Daily Healthtech vision and accompany its main leaders through communication actions in the press and on social medias.

• Coordinate and implement a communication plan and a network of contributors (management of media solicitations)
• Build overall communication strategy plan, implement and support plans according to the company’s news and highlights: press releases, language elements, press kits…
• Organize, coordinate and manage professional events (internal and external) and dedicated support actions
• Analyze the performance of communication actions by reporting at regular intervals
• Lead and coordinate action plans with PR agencies
• Participate in coordination meetings with the other business units of the overall Baracoda Group
• Elaborate a best in class social media strategy and implementation working with internal content team and external resources

Profile

• You have been working in scale up and/or digital media companies, with strong focus on content quality and user first mindset
• You have a strong demonstrated interest for impact and healthcare ecosystem, industry and media and developed a network of experts, influencers and journalists
• You have a proven experience in producing and editing high-quality content (written, video, audio) and organizing a content factory with numerous stakeholders (internal and external resources)
• You are autonomous, able to organize your own activity
• Outstanding command of written English and French as you need to be able to write original content in both languages
