As part of its development and international growth, Bagatelle is looking for a Junior Financial Controller Intern to analyze and manage the group’s performance in relation to Finance, International Accounting and the demands of our investors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring the performance of all restaurants on a weekly basis (creation of a P&L, gross margin  analysis, payroll analysis and net sales analysis: Top 10 product sold for example) + weekly call with the General Manager in order to help him to follow the performance of his venue.

• Preparation of monthly and annual closing work in conjunction with the various accounting firms (US, UK, France, Spain, Greece).

• Monthly financial report: P&L, balance sheet, cashflow of all the owned venues (London, Mykonos, St Tropez, Miami) + monthly call with the General Manager in order to help them to follow his performance.

• Reporting of our net sales licenses.

• Monitoring of expenses and marketing budgets.

• Financial analysis based on management requests.

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to analyze, control and summarize.

• Fluency in English and French required.

• Mastery of Excel and Power Point required.

• Experience in Audit appreciated.
