We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Technical Sourcer to join our People & TA team to help us find and attract the best talent across Europe.

We've just reached the 500 employee milestone but we still have huge ambitions for the upcoming years. To reach our objectives, sourcing has always been part of our daily work and we are strong believers in the value it brings to the business. But the internet is a wide place, and the hidden gems waiting for us might never have the awesome reach-out message they deserve. Which is why we decided to create the role of Technical Sourcer in our team.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Partner with our technical recruiters and Business Leaders to identify and understand the position's technical requirements and create qualitative searches
  • Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and innovative search techniques
  • Create successful sourcing strategies and reach out campaigns through LinkedIn, Github, Gitlab and wherever qualified candidates might be 🕵️‍♂️
  • Manage candidate pipelines and reach out campaigns with internal tools (Lever nurture / Amazing Hiring) and Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
  • Follow KPI and metrics related to sourcing and be able to recommend improvements that impact talent pipelines
  • Be on the lookout for Sourcing best-practices and participate and drive sourcing processes improvement
  • Emulate sourcing and be an active part of internal events (Sourcing sessions with hiring manager, Training etc.)
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have 3+ years of experience in tech hiring or in a sourcing role, with the capacity to screen and assess candidates beyond keywords
  • You care about ensuring a great candidate experience
  • You know that Linkedin is an amazing place to find candidates, but you also know other ways to find and  engage diverse talents worldwide! ( X-ray searching, Boolean strings etc.)
  • You are data-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated
  • You understand that sourcing is not only just sending a message to the right person. But sending the RIGHT message to the RIGHT person 💚
