We are seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of marketing and technology, equipped with the skills to navigate the evolving digital landscape, implement cutting-edge marketing technology solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and marketing acumen to support our marketing objectives, enhance our martech stack, and lead initiatives in response to the digital marketing ecosystem's changes.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Martech Stack Management: Evaluate, select, and manage marketing technology tools and platforms to ensure they meet our business requirements and are fully integrated into our marketing strategies. Oversee the martech stack's effectiveness, optimizing and updating as necessary.
  • GA 4 Implementation: Lead the transition to GA4, ensuring seamless tracking setup, data integrity, and reporting capabilities. Customize GTM configurations to align with our marketing goals and provide insightful analytics.
  • Marketing Automation and Campaigns: Design and implement marketing automation workflows that improve efficiency and personalize customer experiences.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis in a cloud environment (SQL) to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, Product, and other departments to align technology solutions with business objectives. Facilitate the integration of marketing technologies with other business systems.
  • Innovation, AI and Python coding: Use Python task automation and improving operational efficiency; and AI/ML to unlock new business opportunities and drive revenue streams.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support for marketing technologies and train marketing team members on new tools and best practices to maximize their effectiveness.
  • As a crucial part of our Marketing team, you’ll be in charge of projects such us:

  • SEO Regression monitoring and Automation: Your remit will include the stewardship of a sophisticated tool designed to autonomously monitor SEO regressions and trigger necessary corrections, ensuring our SEO integrity.
  • Identification and Tagging of Non-compliant Imagery: Utilizing Cloud Vision technology, you will contribute significantly to our catalog quality by automating the process of tagging and removing unsuitable images.
  • CRM Product Recommendation Enhancement: Leveraging machine learning algorithms, you will design an advanced product recommendation engine to streamline CRM activation, optimizing our customer engagement strategies.

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing a martech stack.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent coding skills, with the ability to develop custom automation and integration solutions (at least 3 years of experience with Python)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, data privacy regulations, and the latest trends in marketing technology.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English speaker.
