Join Back Market's dynamic Seller Success team as the driving force behind our seller ecosystem! As Europe's leading refurbished electronics marketplace, we're revolutionizing how businesses connect with millions of customers across the EU, the UK and the US.

As a Seller Activation Intern (Onboarding & Seller Support), you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, transforming thousands of potential sellers into thriving Back Market partners. You'll master the art of business prioritization, relationship building, and data-driven decision making while gaining hands-on experience in one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies.

This isn't just about processing applications – you'll be identifying high-potential business opportunities, strategically prioritizing sellers based on market potential, and directly impacting our marketplace expansion across Europe and the United States. At the same time, you'll play a hands-on role in improving how we work — collaborating with cross-functional teams to spot inefficiencies in our seller activation processes and helping design better, more scalable solutions.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Strategic Seller Management: Navigate through our extensive database of thousands of potential sellers, qualifying and prioritizing them based on business potential and strategic fit

  • Business Development: Provide professional consultation and support via Salesforce, guiding sellers through our comprehensive onboarding journey from initial sign-up to successful activation

  • Data-Driven Prioritization: Leverage Excel and Salesforce to analyze seller profiles, create strategic reports, and identify the most promising business opportunities

  • Projects : Take ownership of improvement projects end to end. You'll get your hands dirty identifying pain points, spotting repetitive tasks ripe for automation, and driving solutions from idea to implementation with the help of your manager — not just flagging issues, but fixing them.

  • International Impact: Communicate directly with sellers across Europe and the US, building strong professional relationships that drive business growth

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Seeking a 6-month full-time internship (Gap Year or End of Studies welcome)

  • Fluent English - you'll be the voice of Back Market to international sellers

  • Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail - you'll manage high-volume, process-intensive workflows

  • Passionate about business development/sales with a keen eye for identifying opportunities

  • Structured approach to work with ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points:

  • French language skills

  • Salesforce experience or CRM familiarity

  • Previous commercial or e-commerce experience

  • Proactive mindset with initiative for process improvements

  • Additional European languages

The ideal candidate is curious about how processes work, quick to spot inefficiencies, and motivated to own solutions from start to finish. Whether you're taking a gap year or completing your studies, what matters most is your motivation, business acumen, and eagerness to make a real impact.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP ℹ️

  • Starting date: July 2026

  • Duration: 6 months (until December 2026)

  • Schedule: Full-time (35H/week)

  • Location: Paris, France

  • Contract: Internship agreement from your French school required
