The Seller Activation Team is the gateway for all new sellers on Back Market. The team is in charge of the onboarding of all sellers in the EU and UK. We provide the Sellers with a smooth onboarding experience. The objective of the team is to efficiently onboard and support a high number of new Sellers across Europe. 

As a Inbound Sales Manager Intern, you will support the team in converting leads from all European countries into Back Market sellers, taking care of their onboarding, ensuring their quality is good and they know how all processes work and how to deliver the best customer experience.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  • Onboard new sellers by providing them with professional written support via Salesforce
  • (all the way from seller sign-up through to activation day as a new Back Market seller)
  • Build strong relationships with your sellers to ensure a great start to their Seller journey.
  • Work hand in hand with the Seller Activation Manager to ensure Activation processes and structure is well setup
  • You’re At The Right Place If:

  • Looking for a 6-month internship
  • French (full professional proficiency)
  • English is a no-brainer (full professional proficiency). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
  • You ideally have a previous experience in a commercial position, if it was in the e-commerce sector it’s a plus
  • You are familiar with Office and in particular, Excel to manipulate data. 
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a big plus
  • You are well organized and communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You are a great team player, strong communicator and ‘get stuff done’
  • About this internship:

    - Starting date in January 2024

    - Duration 4 to 6 months

    - Location: Paris, France

    -> You must have an internship agreement provided by your school.
