We’re looking for our global Director of Quality to establish BackMarket as the best technological expert of the Electronics Refurbishment Industry and help our thousands of sellers reach the highest level of quality possible.
Based in our New York office, you will lead our Innovation Lab and Seller Quality Control teams, which are responsible for bringing the defective rate of refurbished products as low as that of new products. As Director of Quality, you will embody BackMarket’s technical expertise and act as our ambassador with internal and external stakeholders such as our customers, sellers, investors and the press.

Lead and develop a distributed expert and operator team forming the Innovation Lab, BackMarket’s owned expert labs based in New York and Bordeaux, and the Seller Quality Control team

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
This position has an estimated annual base salary range of $190,000 to $240,000, plus opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors.
