As part of the Bureau of Technology, your mission will be to design, build, and industrialize AI-driven solutions to improve our marketplace. You will join our BackBox team which serves as our Data Science & ML incubator where we explore new AI use cases and industrialize the most promising ones. Your first focus will be on enhancing our customer claims management where you will be able to leverage our ML and genAI platforms. Other use cases can range from developing algorithms to improve our product catalog or better predict the technical issues on the items we sell.
