As our Compensation Analyst, you will work hand in hand with the People team to answer 3 simple but soooo complex questions in a talent war & scaling environment:

How much should we pay our candidates to be competitive and attract the best talents? 

Are we internally fair, inclusive & coherent in terms of compensation? 

How do we ensure satisfaction of our internal clients with our compensation structure?

Your Mission If You Accept It:

- Participate in our quarterly compensation reviews & campaigns (annual increases, promotions, performance bonus payouts) and help the managers make the right decisions

- Conduct market analysis in order to create/update competitive & fair salary ranges to win the talent war (or at least survive 😅)

- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys with external partners

- Advise our People Team on compensation topics

- Ensure assistance to our employees & managers on a timely manner (answering questions, resolving issues, communicating changes proactively)

According to your ability & availability, you will also have the opportunity to create/improve our Compensation tools  to make the life easier for all our stakeholders (HR, Managers, C-levels and… ourselves!)

You're in the Right Place, if :

- You have first-hand experience in HR, Finance or Data Analysis - ideally in Compensation

- You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy

- You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) with a customer-centric approach: you've always delivered a strong support to your clients and/or colleagues

- You have a “can do” attitude and willingness to work autonomously, solving any problems needed to help the organization move forward

- Excel/Gsheet are your best friends (or at least very close relatives)

- English is a no-brainer

- You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
