Back Market is now looking for its next Accountant Apprentice who will report to the Head of Accounting Transformation 

You want to develop your skills in management and accounting tasks within a rapidly growing group. You're looking for a versatile and evolving position, so join us!

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Managing provider invoices with purchase orders
  • Analysis of open purchase orders
  • Dealing with providers’ requests
  • Conformity check and accounting recording with analytical imputation
  • Analysis of providers auxiliary accounts
  • Participation in monthly closings, accrual and prepaid expenses
  • Calculation and posting of deferred expenses
  • Support for the professional expenses tool (organizational updates and transaction accounting)

  • Saisie des factures d’achats avec commande
  • Analyse des commandes ouvertes
  • Traitement des demandes fournisseurs
  • Contrôle de conformité des enregistrements comptables avec imputation analytique
  • Analyse des comptes fournisseurs
  • Comptabilisation de la trésorerie et suivi des emprunts (rapprochements bancaires, réconciliation avec les tableaux d’amortissements, saisie éventuelle des nouveaux emprunts).
  • Prise en charge de l’outil dédié aux frais professionnels (contrôle et comptabilisation des opérations)
  • Participation aux clôtures mensuelles, factures non parvenues, charges constatées d’avance.
  • Amélioration constant de l’outil et de nos process

  • English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). And you have a B2 level minimum in French to handle our French partners.

  • Starting date: September 2025
  • Duration: 12 months apprenticeship
  • Location: Paris, France
  • Requirement: You must be enrolled in a work-study program providing a "contrat d'apprentissage / contrat d'alternance"

    • RECRUITMENT PROCESS:📅

  • Video-call HR Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
  • Technical test (home assignment prior to the interview) or live case study during the Technical interview with the direct manager (45min)
  • Team fit interview with another member of the team (30min)
