As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our AXA HQ Talent Acquisition team and focus on recruiting early career hires for 6 months.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying and engaging with top talent from universities and other diverse sources and will possess strong abilities in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for early career hires.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive early career recruiting strategy to attract diverse talent from universities, and other sources.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their early career hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and inclusive process for all candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and other relevant networks, with a focus on promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage with early career talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on early career hiring metrics and trends.

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on early career recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring early career talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong understanding of the early career talent landscape, including university recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in English and French.
