YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Finance team and, more specifically, The Center of Excellence team to work on SHIP (Shared Investment accounting Platform)

The SHIP team oversees investment accounting & reporting activities for the biggest AXA Entities worldwide and aims at harmonizing systems, processes & organization in this area.

The platform is operated by two shared organizations: a Center of Excellence (CoE) acting as a hub for technical and processes expertise, located in Paris, and a Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) located in India, in charge of the main part of day-to-day activities.

Within this Department, you will be part of the CoE Investment Accounting and Reporting (IAR) team dedicated to AXA Germany, AXA Belgium & AXA Life Europe

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Lead on day to day the planning, coordination & production of Investment accounting & reporting activities in various Gaaps (IFRS, Local & Solvency II) on behalf of AXA Entities in scope.
2. Monitor qualitative delivery and provide sign off-off on main activities performed by the Shared Service center based in India.
3. Maintain and ensure the proper analysis & implementation of new investment initiatives within IAR framework including IT enhancements.
4. Act as main point of contact to local entities in scope analyzing investments proposals & initiatives
5. Participate to projects in various areas both on business/organization & IT matters

YOUR PROFILE

• 5 years background in accounting with deep knowledge of financial assets
• At ease with international environments (English is mandatory)
• Strong team worker and ability to build an effective trust – based relationship with all entities, Group & FSSC correspondents
