Within the Group, you will join the HQ IT team, part of GIE AXA Service.

Within this Department, you will be part of the IT Governance & Compliance team, in charge of the Architecture, Developments and Cloud expertise.

The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product and will also oversee various procedures based on this product.

In parallel with these functions, he/she will be responsible for supporting and training staff in the use of this solution.

Main purpose:

 The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will have a cross-functional view of all current activities at GIE, and will centralize, formalize, and address the various IT and operational requirements. To achieve this, he/she will be able to draw on the expertise of the IT Department staff, as well as on the CMDB tool at his/her disposal.

The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will also be responsible for supporting the asset manager in defining a strategy for collecting and referencing all the IT assets used at GIE AXA, as well as maintaining this repository and, more generally, leading a community concerned by these issues.

The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead may also work with department managers to monitor changes affecting them, reference the assets concerning them, as well as on purely functional subjects in collaboration with the technical teams.

The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will act as a relay for the various Project Managers, application managers within GIE AXA and technical teams within AXA Group Operations, to ensure that requirements and information flow smoothly between all stakeholders (GIE AXA, AXA Group Operations, third-party provider, etc.).

Main activities:

 The CMDB Product Owner & IPC Process lead will work on two main areas

  • In the "Product Owner" area, you will be required to:
    • Ensure operational and functional monitoring of the ITSM Service Management platform (Silva / Service Now), monitor platform changes, version upgrades, etc., which could impact the platform and its use by employees. To build a roadmap that will consider both evolutions linked to the product lifecycle and local evolution requests.
  •  In the "Process Lead" area, you will be expected to:
    •  Ensure the management and proper application of the 3 key processes managed in the ITSM tool and making up operational IT governance: Incident / Problem / Change.

Secondary activities:

  •  In parallel with these rather specific areas, the successful candidate will be expected to monitor and ensure the follow-up of the Digital Sustainability project and the integration of the carbon impact criterion into the various ITD teams and projects.

Preferred experience

Technical and professional skills: 

  •  3-5 years in IT, with proven experience in IT Services Management/ IT Project & BAU management.
  •  Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change mgt, etc. …).
  •  Capacity to manage stakeholders from different levels in complex Business & IT environments.
  • Customer centricity, collaborative & positive mindset, and influence & organization skills. 
  •  Communication skills (English and French) and experience in multicultural environment.
  •  Knowledge of Silva/Service Now – CMDB Tool 
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools and the Office 365suite 
  • Appetite for IT and digital solutions

Interpersonal skills: 

  • You have good interpersonal and writing skills, which are a strong point in your various reporting activities, as well as in capitalizing on information, leading meetings and following up with operational staff. 
  •  You are highly adaptable and able to work in an environment with multiple hierarchical levels.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, empathy, assertiveness, team spirit
  • Independence, organization, and ability to manage several subjects at the same time 
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and understand business needs
