YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are looking for our next chargé( e ) de projet – chief of staff apprentice as of September 2025 at our AXA Headquarters!

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

As a leading global insurance company, we prioritize human progress by safeguarding what matters most. Join our team of 150,000 professionals in an innovative and challenging environment.

AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.

Within GIE AXA Services, you will join the pole admin team as chargé(e) de projet – chief of staff.

The GIE AXA Services department brings together approximately 140 internal employees and provides all support services at the Group headquarters through the Human Resources Department, the Financial Department, the Support Functions Department, the Information Systems Department, the IT Security Department, and the Physical Security Department.

The Sole Administrator leads the GIE AXA and is supported in this mission by their Chief of Staff. The available internship position is centrally located within the Administration division of the GIE AXA Services department, headed by the Sole Administrator. The intern will report to the Chief of Staff.

The intern will be involved in various missions related to:

  • Team facilitation (such as organizing regular events for the different groups within GIE AXA, in various physical and virtual formats, at different locations both internally and externally to AXA...). A significant amount of creativity and coordination/programming skills are required for this part.
  • Projects (such as monitoring action plans from internal audits or internal control campaigns, as well as training projects on cross-departmental risks, or projects driven by regulatory changes related to the insurance sector). Rigor and project management skills are expected here.

As a real support to the Chief of Staff, the intern participates in the life of GIE AXA Services by questioning the functioning as needed and proposing new solutions. The intern will be in contact for their missions with the Sole Administrator as well as the members of their steering committee (which the intern will attend).
