Within GIE AXA Services, you will join the GIE IT Department team as IT Risk & CyberSecurity Assistant.

 

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Risk Management :
    • Support IT Risk, Security, Internal control and Compliance Leads,  to Identify, track, and ensure proper management of IT risks resulting from security analyses,
    • Monitor reporting framework for key indicators on IT risk management (with Power BI dashboard)
    • Update the IT risk monitoring processes of the IT Department in accordance with DORA regulations
    • Follow Up of IT Department IT Risk dashboard update
  • Service Management :
    • Review and update documentation of the internal processes.
    • Monitor ITSM reports related to incidents/changes/Suppliers follow up.
    • Analyze the results, propose improvement and present the analysis to the ITSM management team.
    • Improvement of the ITSM application dashboard (Power BI dashboard)
