Le siège social du Groupe AXA (GIE AXA) regroupe nos activités corporate. Il assure le pilotage et le support des filiales dans le monde, afin de garantir notamment la coordination et le suivi de la stratégie globale d’AXA, l’application de ses standards, la cohérence des approches commerciales, et le partage des meilleures pratiques.

Within the AXA Group Compliance - Financial Crime Team, 3 Group ABC Analysts report directly to the Group Anti-Bribery Officer. In a context of a strong international regulation (i.e., FCPA, UKBA), the French regulatory framework has dramatically evolved (Sapin II Law, French Anti-Bribery Agency’s guidelines and controls). It impacts AXA in all operations worldwide. Penalties for non-compliance with this new French regulatory environment has increased financial impacts, with significant damages to AXA’s reputation and brand. To manage this, AXA Group Anti-Bribery Team has to prevent the risk of bribery and corruption across the Group and the risk of non-compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations by: 

  • Developing and managing the global anti-bribery & corruption compliance program;
  • Ensuring appropriate anti-bribery & corruption compliance policies, processes and controls are in place across AXA Group subsidiaries worldwide, to meet Group standards and international regulatory requirements.

In this context, the Group ABC team is looking for an Apprentice.

Votre poste et vos missions au quotidien :

ABC Risk Assessment

  • Assist in the preparation of the AXA Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Risk Assessment which is performed by AXA entities across the Group.
  • Assist in the follow-up of this exercise for review and consolidation.
  • Assist in the project of digitalization of this exercise.

Entities Controls and Monitoring

  • Assist in the monitoring of some specific exercises performed by AXA Entities across the Group (i.e., gap analysis, annual reports) and produce some KPIs.
  • Participate to some specific controls or testing initiatives that are conducted by the AXA Group Anti-bribery Team.

Reporting 

  • Assist in the preparation of some specific reports to senior management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English)

  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • English and French fluent
