We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead innovative projects focused on assessing and enhancing the climate resilience of critical infrastructure (in particular but not limited to, transport and energy). You will play a key role in helping our customers understand and mitigate the impacts of climate change on their assets, ensuring long-term sustainability and risk reduction.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end climate resilience assessment missions, including vulnerability analyses, risk evaluations, and adaptation strategy development. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with diverse stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Your expertise will contribute directly to safeguarding infrastructure against evolving climate hazards, aligning with regulatory frameworks and best practices.
Beyond your domain, you will participate in scaling up AXA Climate’s value proposition and business.

Technical Skills:
· Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in civil engineering, environmental science, energy, or climate-related fields.
· Proven expertise in assessing the climate resilience of infrastructures and industrial assets.
· Strong knowledge of climate risks (flooding, heatwaves, storms, droughts, etc.).
· Proficient in vulnerability and climate adaptation assessment methodologies.
· Experience with climate modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., hydrological models, GIS, statistical software).
· Ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Project Management Skills:
· Demonstrated experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.
· Skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating client workshops.
· Competent in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
· Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
· Highly organized and autonomous in project execution.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts.
· Experience liaising with public and private sector clients.
· Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside.
Fluent in French and English, additional languages are a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
· Experience in consulting or engineering firms is a plus.
