We are looking for a native German-speaking Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our Paris team. You will lead new business opportunities in the DACH region, working closely with our Head of Growth, DACH-Market Team and the VP across sales, business development and growth marketing.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities for the Climate School (sustainability trainings for companies) in the DACH-market.
Contact potential clients via email, calls and LinkedIn to arrange meetings with potential clients.
Engage with prospective clients in person or via video call to understand their challenges in sustainability, ESG, or corporate training, as well as budget, decision-makers, and timing.
Lead the negotiations and prepare contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
Work closely with the sales team to generate inbound and outbound leads
Collaborate with account managers to onboard and support clients.
Stay informed on sustainability, climate adaptation and corporate training trends
Travels to the DACH-region will be required
Native German with very good English
University degree or equivalent, with 5-years’ experience in B2B sales, business development and client engagement.
Proven track record of successful sales negotiations.
Interest in sustainability, ESG and climate topics
Motivation to work on staff and leadership training, e-learning, workshops and webinars
Organised, self-motivated and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
