AXA Climate has 4 business units to support its clients and partners, based on expertise: Insurance, Training, Consulting and SaaS products. Globally, we are a team of +200 climate experts headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our purpose is to help Planet Earth become a true stakeholder of all companies in the same way that employees, customers and shareholders are!
Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. Our purpose is Adaptation. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity and Infrastructure firms, Corporate players, Agricultural cooperatives… We are 40+ people working on it: product managers, designers, engineers, business developers, etc.
We are autonomous within AXA Climate but work closely with consulting teams. We strongly believe that success is collective and we play as one team.
Altitude Finance is our first Altitude product, launched in September 2022. It is a SaaS platform dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds, enabling risk screening in pre-acquisition Due-Diligence, portfolio monitoring and reporting (such as TCFD, SFDR, Art 29 LEC). It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

We already work with 80+ asset managers in Europe and in the USA. It’s now time for step 2!
We are a team of product and tech enthusiasts, driven by one shared goal: creating real value and impact for our users. At Altitude, we believe that well-crafted SaaS products can empower decision-makers to integrate climate and environmental risks into their strategies.
We care deeply about our users, and we constantly learn from them to build products that matter. We believe in continuous improvement, feedback, and collective learning to grow as a team and make our solutions better, day after day.
In this role, you’re not just delivering screens, you’re shaping how environmental adaptation becomes actionable and accessible to thousands of users.
As a key member of the Altitude Finance team, you will help design meaningful, intuitive experiences that enable asset managers to take climate and nature-related challenges into account in their strategy and operations.
Working as a Product Designer on this product means being deeply integrated into the development process. You’ll collaborate closely with three dedicated squads, and work hand-in-hand with the Product Managers and Tech Leads to bring value to users from idea to delivery.
1. Design impactful user experiences, from discovery to interface
You’ll lead user research, trend analysis, and persona development to design products that truly meet user needs.
You’ll translate these needs into elegant UX/UI solutions, proposing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes to refine solutions before launch.
Your goal: make the complex feel simple, helping users focus on action, not on decoding the tool.
2. Help build and grow a strong design culture
You’ll work closely with the Lead PM to bring the product vision to life through design, aligning user experience with our strategic direction.
You’ll also play an active role in spreading design maturity within the team — by mentoring, sharing best practices, and advocating for a user-centered mindset across squads.
3+ years in Product Design, ideally for a SaaS platform, with a sharp eye for UX/UI and a strong portfolio.
Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning the design on multiple squads.
Structured and adaptable – you bring clarity and keep quality high.
Detail-obsessed – you care about clean, intuitive, elegant interfaces.
Team-first mindset – open, collaborative, and challenge-ready.
Curious about climate and impact – you want your work to matter.
Fluent in French and English.
