Altitude is a SaaS product, publicly released in September 2022. It is a platform enabling investors and corporates to be autonomous for climate & nature risk management, as well as taking informed decisions for adaptation and resilience. The Altitude team is independent within AXA Climate, and growing quickly. We are now 70 people serving +150 clients. You would be joining a team of 7 Customer Success and Account Manager, in charge of taking care of our clients.
The Customer Success & Account Manager (CSM) is the owner of our relations with our clients, as the main point of contact. Your mission is to help our clients reach their objectives on Altitude, and to create long-lasting relationship.
As such you will have two main roles: Customer Success management, accounting for 60-70% of your time, and Account Management for the remaining 40-30%. In practice:
Handover from Sales to ensure we deliver properly what we have agreed on during the sales process (e.g., Kick-off and training, support)
Onboard clients on Altitude, train them, define KPI to measure the achievement of their objectives
During client lifetime, conduct regular business review, and own the delivery of any additional project the client will undertake with us (e.g. custom trainings, Portfolio screening).
Identify new business opportunities with the client, and ensure renewal / low churn.
Manage all discussions with client (from different AXA Climate team members), provide support when needed, and keep the relationship live.
Regarding Soft skills:
You are client centric, and have the ability to engage with all stakeholders in the clients’ company
You are a problem solver, who like to get things done, with a doer spirit
You are rigorous and you can handle relationship with high level partners, thanks to good communication skills.
Regarding Hard skills:
you master Project Management (setting deadlines, engaging multiple stakeholders, reporting, keeping the CRM up to date)
You are Business oriented
Fluent in English,
Regarding you experience:
A previous experience in Private Equity and Sustainability / Climate SaaS is a strong plus
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles in similar companies
You have proven ability to handle senior executive relationship
You have strong environmental convictions and knowledge
And above all, you are a fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside
