After 7 years working for the space industry in R&D and in program management, Luc chose consulting, first in Europe, then in the US. In 2009, with his associate Fabrice Vigier, he decided to found AVENCORE with the ambition of making it an international reference in consulting for industries, specialized in operations competitiveness.
Matthieu joined AVENCORE at its creation in 2009 after a double degree from Mines de Nancy and Imperial College London. As a Senior Manager, he is specialized in the Energy and Transport sectors. Matthieu has an extensive track record at AVENCORE, supporting dozens of large international groups on projects with high economic stakes. In addition to managing customer relationship, Matthieu is part of the management team in charge of internal activities such as recruitment, career management and communication.
After Legal studies at Assas Paris II and an MBA International Business Development, Vincent decided to work in business development and customer relationship. He supported consulting firms in developing their client portfolio in the banking, insurance, and services sectors before specializing in industrials sectors in 2018. Vincent now supports AVENCORE in finding new customers and boosting customer relationship for existing and former customers.
Maud mostly works on industrial competitiveness projects related to production and logistics along with management of large-scale projects. She joined AVENCORE in 2019 as a consultant and has worked in the energy, aerospace, and consumer goods sectors. Today, as a senior consultant, she ensures project management and execution excellence, and contributes to training consultants. Before joining AVENCORE, Maud worked for 2 years in operational research focused on optimizing the bus network of a public transport operator. Maud graduated from MIT (MS in Transportation) and Ecole Centrale Paris (specialized in Industrial Engineering).
Martin led 25+ projects in various industries (aerospace, defense, power electronics, energy, process industry…) including transformation & re-organization projects for large renewable energy players. Martin has strong expertise in holistic EBIT improvement (and related organizational changes) as well as in project controls across industries. Martin is based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Victoire joined Avencore after 16 years in Strategy & Organization Consulting and 5 years as Director of Sales Operations and Customer Support Europe for a major player in the food sector. Passionate about supply chain and logistics activities, Victoire supports our French and international customers in their projects to optimize operational performance and reduce carbon emissions.
As Principal, she co-leads the "Decarbonation" squad and is also involved in several transformation and digitalization programs.
Marc joined AVENCORE after 4 years working from Airbus DS/ArianeGroup, first in R&D, then in strategy. Within AVENCORE, he quickly specialized in the development and management of large-scale business transformations and competitiveness programs. He also manages cost reduction task-force projects on industrial products and processes. His core business sectors are aeronautics, aerospace and energy. Marc graduated of Ecole Polytechnique and EPFL.
Natacha joined Avencore after 1.5 years in strategy consulting, which allowed her to understand how decisions are made at the highest level.
Her early career at Avencore as a consultant allowed her to support industrials in solving complex issues, especially in the energy and naval sectors.
Throughout her various missions, she has acquired expertise in transformation and the management of large projects.
The operational management of her projects, the training of consultants and the development of the consultancy are now part of her daily work as a senior consultant.
Martin joined AVENCORE after 7 years of rich and varied experience at Schlumberger, in the design, industrialization and production of oil well drilling and production systems.
At AVENCORE, Martin leads competitiveness improvement programs (cost reduction on complex systems and investments, supply-chain optimization, etc) in the renewable energies, space, and consumer goods sectors. In addition, Martin is the point of reference for Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
Sarah joined Avencore for her end-of-studies internship and is now full-time consultant. She worked mainly for the energy sector, and more precisely in the renewable energy production domain. She addressed costs and planning issues for companies at different scales. Besides, she is involved in various communication initiatives for top engineering schools.
