We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern – Dutch speaking (f/m/d) to join our experienced cross-functional team based in Berlin.Your tasks:

• Ownership for your own projects and participation in local and global business decisions
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, our business model and our operations
• Analyze our processes and create concepts for future improvement
• Work in close collaboration with all teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance and tech)
• Coordinate roll-outs for new solutions across Holland
• Dedicate time for reflection to continually self-improve

Your profile:

• Currently studying Business administration or similar or completed a bachelor master in this direction or equivalent experience
• Some experience in a role that requires project management, business analytics or strategic thought
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to grow and execute on both tactical detail and the big picture
• Getting out of your comfort zone and trying new things as your daily mantra
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint on an intermediate level
• Dutch native and fluent in English
