We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (f/m/x) to join our fast growing HQ in Berlin.

About the team

As part of our expansion, we continue building our Telephony team which enables all aspects of customer communication. Joining us now, you will have the opportunity to shape one of the most important services at audibene/hear.com. We are passionate about improving the life’s of people – and our telephony service is the gate to this matter. • You will work directly with Telephony team, database architects and other developers
• You will integrate your solutions into the wider audibene/ hear.com system architecture
• You will drive discussions around tech, unblocking engineering pain points
• You will provide support to the Telephony and business team in troubleshooting system issues regarding integrations
• You will take over tasks from problem analysis via development, testing and deployment to administration, monitoring, and housekeeping
• You will optimize automation of operative processes

• Production experience developing Java projects
• Understanding of Object-oriented principles and experience working with APIs
• Understanding Concept of Event Driven and microservices
• Inspiring communication, you are a team player that knows how to motivate others
• Passion for CI/CD and DevOps culture
• Knowledge or interest in learning functional programming and reactive stack
• Self-learning attitude, and eagerness to find solutions
