Descriptif des missions proposées

Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Digital Support Manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

 Autour du domaine IT et Digitalisation, vous contribuerez aux principales activités suivantes en collaboration avec toutes les autres verticales Digital Project, Architecture, Data Analytics :

  • Participer à l’élaboration du plan d’action pour la communication
  • Développer des médias de communication innovants
  • Effectuer des travaux de rédaction et de création de contenu sur notre site web, mise à jour intranet, promotion du site,
  • Proposer des améliorations graphiques et ergonomiques en suivant les tendances actuelles du web
  • Faire de la vidéo, du montage photo et d’autres supports de communication
  • Travailler sur l’expérience utilisateur de nos solutions numériques
  • Création de supports visuels divers (flyers, invitations, brochures, affiches...).
  • Veille technologique

- COMMUNICATION / IT / WEBMASTER niveau BAC +3

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissance et pratique du Pack Office 365
  • Connaissance et pratique de SharePoint 365
  • Connaissance dans la création (HTML 5, CSS, Angular)

  • Proactif, créatif, inventif,
  • Curieux et attentif aux solutions d’actualité, façon de travailler dans tous les domaines,

MISSION

The mission is in the department of “Digital transformation” in charge of IT activities as well as the strategy and deployment of the digital transformation within ATR

Main Department missions are:

  • Defining and implementing digital strategy to address operational priorities and to develop ATR business
  • Managing Information Technology (IT), application, standards, and infrastructure of ATR including its subsidiaries
  • Managing ATR Cyber Security, maintenance of hardware and software tools and user support.
  • Managing data scientist / BI activities

 The Digital Transformation direction is based on 4 pillars: IS ARCHITECTURE / SUPPORT & SAP / DIGITAL PROJECT / DATA ANALYTICS

 ACTIVITIES

You will be under the responsibility of the Digital Support Manager who will help you identify your professional goals and support you in developing your skills.

 Around IT and Digitalization domain, you will contribute to the following main activities in collaboration with all other verticals Digital Project, Architecture, Data Analytics:

  • Participate in the development of the Communication action plan
  • Develop innovative communication media
  • Animate and develop our social networks and other platforms
  • Carry out writing and content creation work on our website, Intranet update, promote the site,
  • Propose graphic and ergonomic improvements by following current web trends
  • Make video / photo editing and other communication media
  • Work on the user experience of our digital solutions
  • Creation of various visual supports (flyers, invitations, brochures, posters...).
  • Technology watch

 PROFILE

- COMMUNICATION / IT / WEBMASTER level is requested with BAC +3

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge on Pack Office and creative software (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge on SharePoint 365
  • Knowledge on web creation (HTML 5, CSS, Angular)
  • Interest on digital transformation and change management

Soft Skills

- Proactive, creative, inventive,
