Our onboarding process offers you a complete immersion into the world of Atelier 15, its agencies, and its culture.
Your first day
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your team over coffee. This is your chance to meet your new colleagues and chat with them before taking a tour of the premises to discover each of our agencies. We’ll introduce you in more detail to:

Your first weeks:
These first weeks will be filled with interactions with your colleagues and managers. They’ll share their daily routines and missions with you, helping you better understand your new work environment.
During this time, we’ll also arrange for you to spend time in each of our entities so you can discover and gain a better understanding of all our areas of expertise.
During your first quarter:
Each quarter, we organize an onboarding lunch meeting. In this informal setting, you’ll get to know more about our culture and values, hear some anecdotes, and most importantly, discover the vision and history of Atelier 15 with Eric and Rodolphe!
At the end of your onboarding journey, we’ll ask you for your “fresh eyes” feedback. Your new perspective is invaluable: it helps us continuously improve and challenge our practices to provide the best possible experience for our teams.
