For a multinational Client, Ataway is looking for a Functional Lead on Oracle E-Business Suite.
The client has built a Core model application on Oracle E-Business suite R12.2.5, including the modules AP, AR, FA, and GL (with PO/CM/WE/RB for some countries).
The application is in the process of being deployed worldwide including in Latin America and EMEA/APAC.

The EMEA/APAC Functional Lead is leading an offshore team of senior functional consultants based in Ataway Paris. You will report operationally to Ataway Program Director. You will be based for this assignment in the Client’s office in Paris area.
The offshore team of functional consultants is working both on the project rollout and on enhancement requests.

We are looking for a team player with very good interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires interaction with functional team members and technical team members (from the Client and from Ataway).

Responsibilities:
• Act as service delivery contact point with the client
• Responsible for the capacity planning of the team, and workload balance
• Take part in design workshops with finance and IT teams
• Manage, review, and prioritize the various assignments according to Client requirements
• Guaranty the quality of all deliverables of the team (eg. MD050 Peer Review)
• Team coordination activities, including follow-up on the team’s delivery efficiency
• Follow up KPI for the functional team and provide status and progress reviews to Client
• Deliver operation tasks, incl. delivering training to the key users and end-users, producing test scenarios and data sets, participating to user acceptance tests period, managing data conversion “Go-Live” execution and support
• Perform Quotation of the various assignments
• Risk management


Preferred experience

• Deep Functional knowledge of the following Oracle E-Business Suite Finance processes:

  • AR
  • AP
  • GL
  • PO, CM, WE will be a plus
    • Strong customer relationship management experience
    • Business process analysis - ability to understand customer business flow and to build a solution to fit requirements
    • Problem solving skills
    • Dynamic and self-motivated, the role requires a high degree of interaction with senior project stakeholders, finance team and IT support team, so a strong team player, good inter-personal and communication skills will be essential.
    • Solid Project Management and team management experience
    • Minimum of 10 years Oracle Consulting experience
    • Languages: English (mandatory) / French is a plus
