As a Product Manager, you represent the user within AssoConnect. Through the development of the software, you participate in the implementation of AssoConnect’s strategic objectives.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Be in charge of one of the core sets of features. You will work hard in order to design the best tactic to meet the company objectives (e.g. internationalization, payment, etc.) within your feature scope.
• Solve problems and create value: we are looking for people who are obsessed with delivering value to our users, by articulating complex problems, setting a compelling vision, and driving the outcome
• Within a squad, work closely with our developers in order to draw solutions for nonprofits pains
• Prioritize and design product developments
• Follow all stages of development of the User Stories you are in charge of.

At AssoConnect, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, operations, and other key functions. You will join an experienced Product team.

• 3 to 5 years of experience
• You are sharp, passionate, concise, and fun
• Engineer mindset. You can easily & quickly crack hard problems easily
• Strong knowledge of Product Management
• Experience in the software industry (ideally SaaS)
• Experience working in a small company (or a small branch of a big company) with less than 100 people
• Confident and fluent in English: you must be able to conduct user interviews with our US customers
• Tech fluency: you are curious to understand how things work. You are able to navigate in a technical environment.
