Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. You will lead the recruitment process across our data & consulting and digital marketing teams, ensuring we continue to attract and hire top talent in line with our ambitious growth plans. Beyond recruitment, you'll also support wider team initiatives — from employer branding to D&I programs and internal HR projects — making this a dynamic and varied role in a collaborative and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and proactively build strong talent pipelines aligned with headcount plans.
  • Source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, screening calls, assessments, and selection procedures.
  • Ensure candidates are engaged and informed, representing our values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights (e.g., time to hire, pipeline health and etc).
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with past candidates and potential future hires.

Resourcing & Workforce Planning

  • Track and manage internal resourcing needs using Artefact’s resourcing systems to ensure optimal project team allocation.
  • Monitor staff utilisation, future project pipelines, and bench availability.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of current and forecasted staffing requirements.
  • Support contractor engagement including sourcing, IR35 compliance, onboarding, and offboarding.

Additional Support Responsibilities

When recruitment activity is lower, you will support the wider People & Culture team and contribute to broader business initiatives, including:

  • Assist the HR team with internal projects, ad hoc tasks, and process improvement initiatives when recruitment activity is lower.
  • Actively support Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts, including helping coordinate events, communications, and team initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building activities such as onboarding, internal communications, wellbeing and social activities.
  • Support the organisation and logistics of training sessions, team events, and HR-related activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally within a technology, consulting or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven experiene managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within the consulting, data, or tech sectors.
  • Expert sourcing skills with strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
  • A positive, flexible, and collaborative mindset, with a genuine passion for people and culture.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
