In the context of Artefact’s accelerating growth, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team starting in September 2025.

 

The role :

The Marketing team at Artefact directly contributes to the business by engaging with existing clients and prospects to convert them as leads to generate sales. We do so by working closely with the heads of departments & consultant teams, as well as using KPI to make sure we create the right marketing deliverables and use the right channels to drive engagement, and ultimately leads and revenue.  

We do this through demand generation campaigns and events/webinars’ organisation, combined with PPC and social advertising to ensure brand and lead-gen campaigns support business objectives.

You’ll be working closely with the rest of the Artefact’s worldwide Marketing team, that’s why fluently speaking in English to share your best practices and train your peers is also required. You will be collaborating with the Marketing Specialists Global and France of the team, who report to the CMO of the Group, all based in Paris.

 

What you will do:

  • Using our marketing automation tool (Pardot) to conceive and roll-out mailing and lead nurturing campaigns (mailings, newsletters, landing pages) to drive customer acquisition.
  • Helping to organize events (webinars, business breakfasts, podcasts, participation in trade fairs & conferences with booths and speaking slots) and ensure a multi-channel attractive communications of these events through our website & landing pages, mailing series and social media (LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns according to objectives (awareness, acquisition) mixing organic and paid approach, to support and generate leads for the management team. 
  • Copywriting for PPC ads (LinkedIn) and landing pages thanks to engaging and attractive communication
  • Coordinating with our design team and briefing them to craft impactful and visually appealing assets that effectively communicate our key messages on social media every day.. 
  • Analyzing our Marketing Performance dashboards to understand and improve how our inbound marketing activity turns into and converts customers. 
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships (the Growth Tribe (Consulting Partners & Directors) freelancers, agencies, Tech Partners), ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the campaigns and post activation.

 

Skills & Requirements

The candidate will be an enthusiastic and hardworking young professional, excited to join our fast paced marketing team. You will be a confident communicator, have a passion for lead generation and a genuine interest in the tech industry and BtoB marketing.

  • Master in Marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation automation systems such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua/Pardot/HubSpot etc
  • LinkedIn expertise in organic and paid 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting, editing and presentation) and ability to easily interact with virtual colleagues
  • Strong attention to details
  • A logical thinker, who’s proactive and results driven
  • High level of motivation, confidence and resilience
  • A team player, able to collaborate and communicate with other marketing professionals around the world
