To support Arianee’s expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) specialized in the Fashion and Luxury industry. You will be responsible for the development and growth of a dedicated portfolio of accounts by actively seeking and unlocking new sales opportunities, and continue to develop a strong relationship with our customers.
You will support and increase the growth of accounts by being a key party all along the sales cycle, , and by developing strong relationships with Brands.
For this you will be a key player from end-to-end : acquire, negotiate, upsell, renew, drive customer satisfaction. More specifically, your mission will involve :
In the whole sales cycle : prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities (unlock new opportunities in the Luxury industry, and upsell, cross-sell and retain existing clients)
Manage, develop and secure a key client portfolio of accounts, providing an essential business perspective during strategic project scoping phases, and developing the relationship with our clients in-between projects - connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
Make the customer experience as smooth as possible and optimize for customer happiness, retention and growth within your portfolio
Develop action plans to expand our presence within the accounts by identifying and proposing expansion or upsell opportunities
Inspire Customer Success across the Company: work closely with the Sales and Ops teams and other stakeholders in order to support growth
Provide insights on customer journeys design and activation plans strategies
Help build efficient processes and best practices as part of a growing team and company!
Working cross-functionally, you’ll also be involved in attracting and signing up new companies, so you’ll be a key player in the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to closing!

You are fluent in English and French (professional level)
Relationship management including with C-level and executives, ability to get people on board through negotiation and consensus building
You like hunting, being in contact with customers and you have a real talent for closing deals
You have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development - preferably in the Luxury industry (fashion, beauty, jewelry)
You are detail- and client-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
You easily get people on board and thrive on negotiation, persuasion and empathy
You love working on new projects and make innovative propositions
You are a great listener, what matters the most to you is finding solutions to problems your team or customers have told you about
You are resourceful and flexible, technologies and sectors you never dealt with are opportunities and not constraints
Team player, but at the same time, you can take ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
Knowledge of the web3 ecosystem is a plus!
