We are looking for a passionate Head of Employee Experience to join our second-stage rocket ship!
Within a growing, agile, and fast-paced organization, you’ll be responsible for supporting the company's growth by acquiring and developing an amazing team. Based in Brussels, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end employee journey.
Although you’ll be supported in your role by a Talent Acquisition Manager (soon by a second one), you’ll maintain the helicopter view from attracting, hiring, and onboarding candidates all the way to their personal and career development.
You’ll be joining the Employee Experience team at a very exciting time where many new HR initiatives are implemented to help the company to thrive.
You will report directly to Olivier Verdin, CEO at AppTweak.
