The position

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join AppTweak’s dynamic revenue team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our enterprise clients. You will play a key role in achieving our revenue targets by ensuring client satisfaction, upsells/cross-sells, and maximizing client retention.

This role will be focused on the Central and Eastern Europe market, across all verticals. If you have what it takes to help us grow, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in EMEA.

  • Build strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account portfolio, increase retention rates, and improve customer satisfaction all the while accurately forecasting your pipeline. Targeted on quarterly upsells. 

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and App Growth Consultants teams to ensure value delivery and renewals of Enterprise account. 

  • Build and foster strong positive relationships with your customers through regular check-ins, QBRs, and product demos.

  • Deeply understand AppTweak’s value and use cases to strategically advise and empower customers in order to help them grow their businesses with our products and consulting services.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 

  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports on account status.

  • Represent AppTweak during major mobile marketing conferences throughout the year in various locations such as Berlin, London, Barcelona, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.

  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills. German is a plus! 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management in customer-facing roles (SaaS background preferred).

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space is required.

  • Consistent track record of achieving individual targets.

  • You enjoy listening to others, and excel at building long-term relationships. You can easily put yourself in the shoes of others and are able to anticipate the customers’ needs. 

  • Extremely hungry character with a growth mindset, ready to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment, all the while maintaining a resilient attitude. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills: you are able to build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication.

  • Curiosity and creativity: you are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.

Location: preferably hybrid from our London office, or remotely from Berlin.

We are open to profiles based in Brussels, working hybrid from our office.
